Country House, Casares
This country farm is a perfect natural retreat for people seeking peace and tranquility. Set amongst the forest of Cork, Pine, Chestnut and Olive trees which currently gives an income. It consists of a group of 3 houses, one of which has been reformed and buildings located on a 7.2 hectare farm located in a natural area of the municipality of Casares in Malaga, just 25 minutes from the coast and the wonderful beaches of Casares, Manilva and Estepona . Located 15 minutes from Finca Cortesín, a luxury hotel complex that has a first-class 18-hole golf course and a Nicklaus Golf academy and just 5 minutes from Hotel Hermitage, a boutique hotel located in La Celima, a residential area in the mountains of Casares. The work done on the main building so far has been done with natural resources available including trees and rocks. Under the building are stables, which benefit from the coolness of the thick walls. Above is the rest of the property, which has an old tree integrated in to the structure, which makes a perfect natural retreat. Next to this building is man-made stone terracing, where in the past this area was used for parties. Walking on up the hill you come to 2 further properties. The furthest house nearer the entrance of the property has been reformed and incorporates the natural surroundings within the house itself. Just outside of this house is a wooden house for a sauna and lower down a building that was used as a stable. From this house you walk up an incline to the other house. This has had some renovation done to it a living room; kitchen, bathroom and bedroom have been defined. The rest of the house is a blank canvas and is ready to have more rooms defined. Just down from this house is a separate garage and workshops, again built in to the rock face. Not far from the reformed house is the swimming pool area, this also has a large water deposit if needed. The land surrounding the houses has been naturally left with pathways leading through the woodlands. There is a large rock face behind the houses, which has been used in the past for rock climbing and is all part of the property. The land is rich in wildlife and while sitting out in the evening you can see Roe Deer and Ibex amongst rabbits and wild boar. This property would make a fantastic Natural Retreat; it does need money invested in it, to complete the buildings. Once these have been done it will be an oasis of tranquillity. It really needs to be seen to apreciate the uniqueness.
