It is absolutely the normal, to supply a set of floor plans with a property throughout Europe, UK and USA, yet in Spain, the vast majority of properties simply do not have a set of plans! A potential buyer wants to assess the suitability of the property before viewing, the layout of a property is often the most important and often non negotiable thing on a buyer's wish list. So get ahead of the competition, when it comes to marketing!
We recommend that any seller has at minimum a full set of floor plans. Larger Villas should also consider having a video and drone shoot of their property.
Get potential buyers attention!! If they are this well informed ahead of a viewing, you can be sure their interest is genuine .
PROFESSIONAL FLOOR PLANS TO HELP RENT OT SELL YOUR PROPERTY
Whether you are looking to sell your property or rent it out long or short term, a professional set of floor plans is an invaluable tool to help prospective clients / purchasers understand the layout and size of your property, as often photographs are not enough to convey this.
When the majority of your prospective clients / purchasers are coming from abroad having floor plans available will set you apart from the rest of the competition! This is particularly important when international travel is likely to be disrupted until at least Autumn 2020.
MEASURED SURVEY AND SIMPLE B&W FLOOR PLANS
This service includes a basic measured survey of the property and a set of simple black and white plans showing the property layout with overall room dimensions and areas. The plans will be provided in PDF, jpeg, and/or png format so that they can be included into existing brochures and uploaded onto online property listings.
Prices for this service are based on the overall size of the property, as shown in the chart below. All prices listed are exclusive of IVA.
COLOURED AND FURNISHED FLOOR PLANS
Plans populated with furniture and coloured to show floor finishes and landscaped areas are especially useful for helping clients you are not used to reading drawings and find it difficult to understand dimensions and areas, to really understand the property layout, sizes of rooms, etc.
Prices for this service is a supplement over and above the basic black and white plans, as shown in the chart below. All prices listed are exclusive of IVA.
